The former Ajax man appears to have slipped down the pecking order of late at Old Trafford, with his last appearance in the Premier League coming back in September.
Blind faces tough competition to get back into the side with Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw and Ashley Young all competing for the place at left-back and the likes of Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof all fighting it out to play centre-back.
Whilst the 27-year-old is currently happy to fight for his place, if the situation does not change in the future, it is understood that he would push for a move.
Should that happen, Istanbul-based Fenerhahce would be at the front of the queue, with manager Aykut Kocaman thought to be a huge admirer of his talents.
Blind is not thinking about his future too much at the moment though as he is currently focused on helping Holland maintain their slim hopes of qualifying for next summer's World Cup.
