They say fortune favours the brave. Raheem Sterling was as brave as anyone on Wednesday night at the Etihad. He did not hesistate. With time running out, he found the gap and sent a curling strike into the top corner, away from Forster's fingertips.
The Etihad celebrated the goal which meant maintaining an eight-point lead at the top of the Premier League table, and Guardiola was one more fan inside the stadium as he let go all the tension after a riveting 90 minutes.
