It is Real Madrid's 115th anniversary and it is extra-special as they reach this milestone as current Champions League and Club World Cup title holders.
It has been a great year for Zidane's men collectively but also individually, with Cristiano Ronaldo being crowned as the best in the world, with such trophies as the "Ballon d'Or" and the FIFA "The Best".
Looking back at interesting facts of Real Madrid's history, many are quite recent. It is worth mentioning the 40-match unbeaten streak and the 46 consecutive matches in which they have scored.
'The Blancos' have faced Barcelona more than any other team (233), followed by Athletic Bilbao (112) who, incidentally, have received 434 goals from Real, making them Madrid's' all-time favourite victim.
They have won 110 major titles, including 11 Champions Leagues and 32 leagues.
