According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport", the Italian coach separated the players into three categories: he has five players in mind who are free to leave the club as soon as possible, another two who have no future in Milan but for whom there is no rush in moving them on and two more players who may or may not stay at the club.
The first group is made up of: Andrea Ranocchia (who ended last season on loan at Hull City), Davide Santon, Yuto Nagatomo, Jonathan Biabiany and Gary Medel. The second group includes Stevan Jovetic and Gabriel 'Gabigol' Barbosa, who is believed to be interesting Las Palmas.
Finally, the two players whose futures are uncertain are Geoffrey Kondogbia and Joao Mario. It is understood that Spalletti would have no problem with either player staying at the club, but he is also aware that their sales would boost his transfer kitty significantly as he looks to overhaul his squad. As such, the future of those two players in particular remains uncertain.
