According to 'The Mirror', the 20-year-old will have a big decision to make regarding his international future after his ancestry makes him eligible to represent England, Jamaica or Malta.
Bailey, whose grandparents reportedly hold British passports, would be a great addition to Gareth Southgate's young squad as the head coach looks to mould a team for the future, with England's recruitment team already keeping tabs on the winger.
Although the Leverkusen player has played for Jamaica at Under-23 level, he is yet to pledge his full allegiance and could be swayed by the opportunity to represent a bigger nation.
In a previous interview with 'Bild', Bailey said: "Which country I play for is still open. It's been like that for years, but my opinion hasn't changed and people have to accept that".
The winger has been a revelation in the Bundesliga this season, scoring nine times in 23 appearances, so Southgate and England better start the charm offensive if they want to snap this potential player up before somebody else does.
