Bailly seemed to have turned his injury-plagued season around, breaking back into the first-team in February after three months sidelined with an ankle problem.
However, the Ivory Coast international hasn't featured in United's last four fixtures, his final appearance coming in the 'Red Devils' comeback victory over rivals Manchester City on April 7.
Since then, Bailly has been axed for three Premier League games and the FA Cup semi-final victory over Tottenham and has reportedly not been given any explanation from Jose Mourinho for his absences.
This has left the 24-year-old questioning his future in Manchester and could seek to evaluate options abroad if the situation doesn't improve in United's final games against Brighton, West Ham, Watford and Chelsea in the FA Cup final.
