Despite winning the Premier League in his first season in charge of the 'Blues', controversy has never been too far away from Antonio Conte.
The Italian clashed with members of the club's board during the summer over transfer targets, told the press that he was keen on a return to his homeland and recently engaged in a war of words with Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.
As a result of all these factors, it has been claimed that the Italian could be set to depart his role at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season, with reports in Italy claiming that Juve boss Allegri will replace his fellow countryman.
Italian publication 'Corriere dello Sport' claims that Allegri has agreed terms to succeed Conte for the second time, after replacing him a Juve boss back in 2014.
Allegri has lead Juve to the last three Serie A titles, with the Turin-based side currently second in the table, a point off leaders Napoli.
Conte's Chelsea side cruised to the title last season, but they are 16 points off the pace this time around and face a daunting Champions League tie against Barcelona next month.
