During the interview, the 25-year-old revealed his desire to help PSG to the champions League title and admitted that he harbours ambitions to win the Balon d'Or, though not at the expense of team success.
"The Champions League is PSG's main aim," he explained. "The whole team wants to make that happen. Only when we've won trophies as a team will it be time to consider individual awards. Winning the Balon d'Or would be a dream, it's obviously an ambition of mine. But it's not a trophy that you should focus on completely, you've got to think about the team first. Individual honours are secondary to collective success and the team's results."
Neymar is lucky enough to have already won one Champions League title during his career and he is keen to help the Parisian side feel the sheer delirium of winnning Europe's premier club competition.
"It gives you a unique feeling of joy, an incredible feeling. It's the biggest achievement in club football," recalled the Brazilian. "Thanks to the grace of God I've already won one. I know how it feels and I want to feel that incredible sensation once again with PSG. However, winning the Champions League is difficuly, very very difficult in fact, it's not something you can just think about every time a game comes around. The Champions League is a season-long battle. You have to know what your goal is and to remind yourself of it all the time."
