The Brazilian forward who scored on his debut for Paris Saint-Germain following his world-record move shared a video on his Instagram of him undergoing cyrotherapy treatment. He is seen spinning around in the container as the temperature drops from minus 151 to minus 157 degrees.
Ever the cool customer, Neymar even manages to strike a pose for the camera.

Cyrotherapy is used as an alternative to cold water immersion or ice packs with the use of subzero temperatures exposed to the body to promote benefits.
It allows players to train with greater intensity, improves recovery times and increases performances levels.
The form of recovery is being used by many of Europe's top clubs and has even been credited for helping Leicester to achieve their miraculous Premier League title of 2015/16.
