At the age of just 18 Mbappe is certainly one of the hottest properties in world football right now.
According to stats from 'The Daily Mail', Mbappe has already scored 20 goals in the year of his 19th birthday, which falls on December 20.
With 5 months to go until he turns 19 you would expect the striking sensation to bring that figure up to around the 30 mark but how does that compare to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo?
Well Mbappe has already scored more than those two did combined during the years of their 19 birthdays with Messi registering 10 and Ronaldo just 6.
Though the Frenchman still has some way to go if he is to beat the record set by Brazilian Ronaldo in 1995, when he scored 37 for PSV.
Indeed, at this moment in time Mbappe is still behind Robbie Fowler (22), Raul (25) and Michael Owen (29).
Could Mbappe break the original Ronaldo's record? And if he does, which shirt will he do it in?
