The 28-year-old has struggled to make an impact at White Hart Lane since arriving from Newcastle on deadline day last year for £30m.
According to the 'Daily Mail', Italian giants Inter and Turkish side Trabzonspor are both keen to take Sissoko on loan.
The Frenchman did start in Tottenham's opening day victory over Newcastle, but was dropped for the heavyweight clash against Chelsea and only came on as a sub against Burnley this weekend.
It is understood that Sissoko is ready to leave Spurs in search of more regular football, but any deal is proving tricky as the North London side are hoping to recoup as much of the extortionate price they paid a year ago as possible.
