Coutinho has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent days and months, with Barcelona seeing three bids for the player turned down during the summer.
Aside from Barca's obvious interest, there are also a number of other sides sides interested in making the 25-year-old a part of their squad, not least French giants PSG.
There is already a considerable Brazilian contingent at the Parisian side, with Dani Alves, Marquinhos, Lucas Moura, Neymar and Thiago Silva all currently contracted to the club and speaking to French news outlet 'Telefoot', the PSG captain says that he is hoping Coutinho will soon become the sixth Samba star at the club.
"I talk a lot with Coutinho. I hope that at the end of the season or even before, it could be a nice surprise for us," Silva said.
"I hope he will think well and that next year he will work with us."
Finally, Silva admitted to having advised Neymar ahead of his sensational summer switch and suggested that he is also doing the same for Coutinho.
"As with Neymar, I give him a lot of advice," he added. "But I think the most important thing for him is to make the best decision."
