Manchester City's Sergio Aguero, Chelsea new boy Alvaro Morata and Manchester United's imposing Belgian Romelu Lukaku all top the Premier League scoring charts following impressive starts to the campaign.
The trio have managed to score six times in as many games and, while they boast impressive figures, they fall short of the numbers credited to other strikers in Europe.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored eight goals to take Borussia Dortmund to the top of the Bundesliga. The Gabon international has done so in six fixtures, averaging a goal every 67 minutes.
In La Liga, rather unsurprisingly Lionel Messi tops the scoring charts with nine goals in 540 minutes played, which means he nets every 60 minutes he's on the pitch.
While Morata, Aguero and Lukaku average a goal every 76, 78 and 90 minutes, respectively, Falcao scores every 52 minutes in the Ligue 1. The Colombian has featured in 573 minutes for Monaco, scoring 11 goals.
But while Falcao tops the scoring charts across the continent, Paulo Dybala is the most deadly finisher in terms of minutes-per-goal. The Argentine has scored 10 goals in 466 minutes, or what is the same, a goal every 47 minutes.
